What we agree before we start.
Four questions decide whether a software project ends well: what it costs, who owns it, what happens if it stops, who answers after launch. Here are our answers.

Ownership, exit and support
| Price | Guide prices published on the products. Every project receives a written quote per phase: the figure does not move after the quote, and new requests become a new phase with its own quote. |

| Ownership | Source code, designs and data belong to the client, assigned in writing on final payment for each phase. We keep no rights over your business data. |
| Third party and open source components | Remain under their own licences, listed in the delivery notes: nothing hidden in the stack. |
| Handover | Repository access, build instructions, credentials, release procedure and architecture notes. Handover costs nothing extra. |
| Early exit | Stop at the end of any phase: no penalty, 30 days notice, and you keep everything built and paid for. |
| Warranty | 90 days from go-live: defects in what was delivered are fixed at no cost. |
| Maintenance | From €200 a month per system, agreed in writing before the warranty ends. |
| Support | A reply by the next working day, Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00, by email and phone, in Italian and English. |
These are the working terms of every engagement. The contract states them in full, in the same words.
